The "EiceDRIVER High-Speed Level Shift 650V" enables switching at high frequencies with a propagation delay of 90ns and a maximum delay matching of 10ns. In addition to incorporating a super-fast bootstrap diode, it features excellent negative VS transient tolerance and UVLO functionality for each channel, allowing for superior performance and reduced BOM costs.
